This is CMS fonts, the original site was closed, there was no license nor copyright at all. This is for a specific computer writing method for traditional mongolian, where the latin characters are replaced with traditionnal mongol. There are 3 fonts, with main writing styles:
* Printed
* handwritten (using pen)
* calligraphied (using brush)
