to build the smeul pateched kernel with Robien Lu vector addtion, you need first the THead toolchain. for precompiled binary fox 86_64, or compile it yourself, see:
/depots/RISC-V/rvv/

Then you can use my system images builder, Bottier, to build the same kernel than found in this patched tarball.
